1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and x11111 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). The Terms apply to all use of the x11111 website at x11111.win, the x11111 mobile application, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slot games, and promotional offers.

By accessing any part of the platform — whether as a registered member or a guest — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Account details including your registered name and date of birth cannot be altered after registration. Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed promptly. Any balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard identity verification checks.

Withdrawals are processed by x11111 once standard verification checks have been completed. The platform aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method chosen and whether additional identity verification is required for a particular transaction.

x11111 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own charges, which are outside the control of x11111.

x11111 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. This is carried out in accordance with standard platform security procedures and is not specific to any individual player.

5Bonuses & Promotions

x11111 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are clearly stated on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible accounts only. x11111 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion.

Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit offers — constitutes a breach of these Terms. x11111 will void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where abuse is confirmed, and may close the accounts involved.

6Sports Betting Rules

x11111 offers sports betting markets across a wide range of sports, with particular coverage of Cricket, including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and test matches. Football, esports, and other international sports are also available. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on x11111:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a cash-out option is available and the player elects to use it before the relevant event concludes.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. Bets placed in-play are subject to the same general rules as pre-match bets.
• x11111 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure, or where the integrity of the market has been compromised.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, x11111's settlement rules for that specific sport will apply. General practice is to void all affected markets and return stakes, but specific sport rules may differ.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and may vary based on the event, market type, and player account status. Bet limits are displayed within the betting interface before a bet is confirmed.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to the player's account balance following official settlement of the relevant event.

x11111 does not accept bets from players who have insider knowledge of an event's outcome or who are in any way connected to the participants of a sporting event. Any bet placed under such circumstances will be voided and the matter may be escalated.

7Casino & Slots Rules

The x11111 casino section includes online slot games, live casino tables, and other casino game formats. The following rules apply:

• All casino and slot games on x11111 use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, are conducted by professional dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform outside of standard gameplay.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for individual slot games within the game lobby. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the respective game as applied by the hosting studio. Where a dispute arises regarding a live game outcome, the decision of the game studio is final.

8Player Conduct

Where any of the above conduct is identified, x11111 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and permanently close the account if the breach is confirmed. x11111 may also report certain conduct to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

9Privacy & Data

x11111 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that document.

Personal data collected during registration and platform use — including your name, CNIC details, contact information, and transaction history — is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the improvement of platform services. x11111 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

x11111 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no system is entirely free from risk, and players should also take steps to protect their own account security, including using a strong and unique password.

10Responsible Gaming

• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised by the player or their payment provider.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified. Balances associated with suspended accounts are held during the investigation period. Following conclusion of the investigation, x11111 will either reinstate the account or proceed to closure, returning any legitimate balance to the player via their registered payment method where applicable.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Self-requested account closures are processed promptly. Any remaining account balance will be returned to the player following completion of standard verification.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x11111 shall not be liable for:
